Support and Maintenance Plans:

This is one of our fastest growing areas.  If you need support or have a maintenance requirement that does not fit into one of the plans you see below, then please contact us for a custom quote.

Support Plans: 

Minimum 1 hour purchase.
Additional time can be purchased in 30 minute increments.

What is included in a support call?
Help loading a skin or module, Help with the core modules including the user registration/profiles, Slow site, site upgrades, Module advice, Portal advice, Site is acting 'funny'... , email will not send from the site,

What is NOT included in a support call?
Skin changes, Custom coding,
      

Maintenance Plans:

Sometimes website owners are simply too busy running their business to spend time updating their website.  Just send us your marketing materials, specials, etc. and we will update the website for you.  

If you have seasonal advertisements that you want placed on the site we can set them up in advance and then on the day the "Special" begins the ad shows up on your site. 

We have several categories of Maintenance Plans to ensure you find one that fits your particular needs.  They are based not only on "hours per month" but also some plans may include site level maintenance and upgrades.

Plan 1:  Monthly content maintenance.  Site owner provides all content and images.  Available in 3 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, and 20 hour monthly plans.


Plan 2: Monthly content and period site upgrades.
Available in 3 hour, 6 hour, 12 hour, and 20 hour monthly plans.
 
Plan 3:

Plan 4: Complete Care Package - We take care of all content changes, resizing of images, setup of modules, site upgrades, backups, module upgrades, etc.  We become "your webmaster".
